Refund Policy

AFTI Training Refund Policy & Deferral Guidelines

This Training Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all enrolments with AFTI LLC (UAE) and AFTI LLP (UK), covering professional qualification programmes, certificate courses, eLearning modules, mentoring, and corporate-sponsored training. By enrolling in any AFTI programme, participants agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Batch Cancellation

If AFTI cancels a programme for any reason, participants are entitled to:

  • A full refund of all fees paid, or
  • A deferral to the next available batch or session.

2. Individual Participants

Professional Qualifications (CFA, ACCA, FRM, CMA, CIPD, ICAEW, etc.):

  • Withdrawal or deferral permitted before programme commencement or by the third scheduled class.
  • Only one deferral permitted per module.
  • Refunds subject to deduction of:
  • AED 300 per class conducted; and
  • Cost of any study materials issued.
  • For bundled programmes, refunds for future modules are calculated on the original programme price.

Certificate Programmes:

  • Withdrawal/deferral allowed only before classes start.
  • Only one deferral permitted per programme.
  • No refunds once classes have commenced, unless approved in writing by AFTI.

eLearning / Online Programmes:

  • Fees are non-refundable once course access is provided.
  • Extensions or deferrals may be granted prior to access activation, at AFTI’s discretion.

Mentoring Programmes:

  • Withdrawal/deferral allowed before mentoring sessions start or, for short-term mentoring, by the second session.
  • ACE programmes: 14-day cooling-off period from payment; no refunds after this period.

3. Corporate-Sponsored Participants

  • Refunds/deferrals require written approval from the sponsoring organisation.
  • Requests must be jointly communicated by the participant and sponsor.
  • Refunds subject to deduction for classes conducted and materials provided.
  • eLearning access/deferrals subject to sponsor approval under the same rules as individual participants.

4. Refund Procedures

  • All refund/deferral requests must be submitted in writing via email to the programme adviser. Oral requests are invalid.
  • Refunds processed to the original payment method; bank transfers may incur a 3% processing fee.
  • Refunds completed within 30 working days (excluding public holidays).
  • AFTI is not liable for delays caused by banks or intermediaries.

5. Additional Terms

  • Study materials, shipping, customs, and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • By enrolling, participants accept this Training Refund Policy in full.
  • AFTI may update this Policy at any time; the version active at enrolment governs participant rights.
